Final Submittal



For grading, I will ask you to submit your entire portfolio.  I presume it will contain the refined project.   
From InDesign, this can be done in less than 5 minutes.

  1. Select File > Export
  2. Name the file Lastname-Firstname_Final-Folio.pdf
  3. Choose where you want to save it on your computer.
  4. For better resolution, select Adobe PDF (Print).
    For interactive elements like animations, video or sound that are supposed to play within the PDF, select Adobe PDF (Interactive)
  5. Choose settings:
    1. Not less than 200 dpi resolution for Adobe PDF (Print)
    2. Uncheck bleed, slug, or crop marks.
    3. If Adobe PDF (Interactive), settings need to reflect the interactive elements you're planning to include.
  6. Click Export
  7. Check the exported file to confirm its what you anticipated.
  8. Upload to the Google Drive: 3.3_Final-Folios_DUE-by-Friday-Dec-13
